Sukošan

Sukošan is a tourist - nautical place (population of 3000) and located in a wide bay Zlatna luka (Portus Aureus) between two ancient Dalmatian cities: city of Zadar (10 km west) and Biograd (15 km south) in the middle of the Croatian Adriatic coast.

It’s a spacious and peaceful place with a long coastline and many secluded coves, and clear sea bordered with islands which stretch to the National Park Kornati. The largest nautical center on the Adriatic, the Marina Dalmatia (D-Marin) is situated in Sukošan as well as numerous restaurants and taverns offering local specialties and fine wines.
